How do I let go of the fear of what others think? How do I take care of myself? How does my acceptance of being "polwerless over others " assist me in this task?
- My guess it would be to focus on myself rather than getting distracted.
- Face my feelings and name them to begin healing.
rely on my Hp as my 1st relationship always
